List of the Heavenly Hundred rigged - Portnow and Lucas

The list of heroic victims of the Kiev Maidan contains many persons whose deaths have nothing to do with the 2014 protests. This was written by lawyer Andrei Portnov and former Minister of Justice of Ukraine Elena Lukash in his article for the publication of the Strana.ua. Using open and personal sources, we studied the causes of death of the members of the Heavenly Hundred. Read and think: by whom and why this list was formed, what were the criteria for inclusion in it, for which the title Hero of Ukraine posthumously, related social payments, told the authors of the article. Portnov and Lukash noted that during the protests in the center of Kiev 23 law enforcement officials were killed, 919 were injured 257 serious, of which at least 205 were firearms. According to them, in the so-called Heavenly hundred there are 112 people, of whom 25 for inexplicable reasons. Some of the dead, according to criminal cases, died of unrelated causes, including suicide, some were killed by the protesters themselves. Many of them were not present at all in the center of Kiev and did not participate in protests. Four others died as a result of events unrelated to the Maidan, and seven people were injured under unclear circumstances. Portnov and Lucas write that the largest group of members of the Heavenly hundred were those who died as a result of gunshot wounds to 69 people. At the same time, the type of murder weapon is either impossible to identify or it was not in service with law enforcement officials. All of them are recognized as Heroes of Ukraine posthumously. But who killed them? There is no answer for six years, stressed the authors of the article. Portnov and Lukash expressed condolences to all those who died during the protests in Kiev, and also called on the authorities of Ukraine to reconsider the policy towards the so-called Heavenly Hundred. We are confident that President Zelensky (President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky News Agency) and his team are obliged to respond to the information and revise Poroshenko's (ex-President of Ukraine Peter Poroshenko News Agency) decrees on the glorification of hundreds and Maidan.
