Leader of European Georgia: Tbilisi needs a plan to overcome the consequences of PE


The Government of Georgia does not have a comprehensive plan to overcome the consequences caused by the introduction of a state of emergency (PE) in the country, and this risks negative consequences for citizens. This statement was made to journalists by the leader of the European Georgia party David Bakradze, on April 20 reports the agency InterpressNews. "Medical measures aimed at protecting the health of the population we support, however, under the current conditions will not be able to support the extension of the state of emergency without a full economic plan, Bakradze said. According to him, the government allegedly cannot cope with the consequences that are caused by the long-term operation of the PE regime. According to the news agency, the state of emergency in the country was introduced from March 21 and extended until May 10. Many enterprises have been stopped in this regard.
