UK to return thousands of its subjects from abroad in coming days


Thousands of British nationals will be able to return from other countries to their homeland in the coming days, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country reported on April 4. Events are held due to the spread of coronavirus in the world. The Ministry explained that since March 30, more than 1.45 thousand subjects of the country from Peru, Ghana, Tunisia and Algeria have already been delivered to the UK. Thousands more are due to depart Ecuador, Bolivia, India, Ghana and the Philippines in the coming days, the statement said. The British authorities used 14 aircraft from several airlines to fly to other countries, including British Airways, Norwegian, TUI, Ryanair and others.
