The capital of Kyrgyzstan has no money to pay vacation teachers
Due to the sharp decline in budget revenues of the capital of Kyrgyzstan caused by the pandemic of coronavirus, teachers were almost left without the vacation payments they were required by law. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance. To solve this problem, as well as to avoid delays in paying salaries to employees of educational institutions in the city of Bishkek, the Ministry of Finance decided to allocate an interest-free loan of 744 million soms (689 million rubles) to the city hall. The ministry notes that this money was provided for in the amendments to the law on the republican budget for 2020 and the forecast for 2021 2022 approved by the parliament and the president of Kyrgyzstan.
