The Governor of the Leningrad Region, Alexander Drozdenko, on his page on the social network and in an interview with reporters explained to his fellow countrymen why he voted for amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, including an amendment prohibiting any actions aimed at alienating part of the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as calls for such actions.
