In Rwanda, passenger flights will resume from August
The Rwandan authorities intend to allow passenger flights in the country from August 1, the press service of the country's Ministry of Infrastructure reports. However, additional requirements will be introduced for passengers. In particular, it will be necessary to provide a negative result of the test to identify a new type of coronavirus made no more than 72 hours before the flight. All those entering Rwanda will also need to take the test and wait for its results at the hotel. At the same time, entrants will have to pay for their stay on their own. It should be noted that since March 20, passenger flights have been suspended in Rwanda in connection with the new type of coronavirus pandemic. According to the latest data, 1092 cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection have been confirmed in the country. Already 523 patients have recovered, three more have not coped with the disease and died.
