Boeing creates portable ultraviolet rod against coronavirus


Boeing is working on creating a portable ultraviolet emitter to disinfect working surfaces in the cockpit and cabin during a coronavirus pandemic. This was reported on August 21 by Reuters. The American Aerospace Corporation plans this fall to patent the development and begin production of the device at the capacity of contractors. According to the news agency, Boeing again began selling 737 Max airliners, changing their designation to 737 8.
